Alongside Executive Search, Rob serve's as Fractional In-house Global Talent Acquisition Director for The Beatport Group, designing and running a fully managed in-house TA operation, from strategy and process design to execution.
With 30+ years in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition, Rob's track record is extensive having successfully completed over 1000 briefs with high-growth startup/scale ups, Fortune 500 companies, and FTSE 100 organisations. He is a two-time DE&I Power List award winner, recognised for embedding inclusive hiring practices while delivering results at pace.
Rob brings first-hand operational experience in bootstrapped tech startups, having worked on a fintech micro-savings and investment app at Hardy Fisher, and co-launched Sostratus Capital, a renewable energy investment fund, giving him a clear perspective on the pace and agility required to scale early-stage businesses.
Known for radical honesty, transparency, and an uncompromising focus on two-way fit, Rob ensures every hire aligns with both the company’s culture and the candidate’s strengths, building teams that drive performance and long-term success.
Beyond business, Rob is a published children's author and is passionate about giving back through two charities: one supporting music education for children, and the other which advances inclusion and support for neurodiverse individuals.

With over 21 years of recruitment experience, Lee has built a reputation with his clients for delivering exceptional candidates that others cannot access, combining deep networks with true market insight. His track record spans all disciplines from Marketing, Digital & eCommerce, Product Management, to Sales Operations and Executive Leadership he has successfully delivered high impact hires across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pac, supporting clients across his core industries.
Lee also serves as a Fractional In-House Talent Acquisition Programme Director for his sectors, embedding scalable processes and delivering end-to-end hiring strategies that align with organisational goals.

Outside of work, Lee is a single-figure golfer and tennis player, bringing the same focus and discipline to his executive search practice. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience across technology, IT, Telecoms, Retail, and Service Sectors, having managed teams of 100+ across Sales, Client Success, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain in both B2B and B2C markets.

He has deep expertise in business development, client success, contract negotiation, and cross-border team leadership, ensuring offshore teams integrate seamlessly into client operations while delivering maximum value.
