How long does the hiring process take?

There is no fixed timeline and anyone who gives one is oversimplifying.

We have filled C-level roles in as little as two weeks, while others have taken several months. The timeline depends on multiple variables, including role complexity, candidate availability, interview stages, stakeholder availability, and decision-making speed.

What we do control is pace and quality.
